Pipex appoints Increase to host Microsoft CRM service

ISP Pipex has appointed Increase, the CRM expert, to host a Microsoft CRM solution that will drive its sales and marketing strategy.
The software service will allow Pipex to radically improve the effectiveness of its customer marketing communications and product advisory teams.
The Web-based solution means that Pipex staff can also access customer data remotely.
“Pipex customers are now being dealt with more efficiently than they were before and we are able to keep them better informed with our marketing activity,” said Dominic Monkhouse, MD of Pipex. “This is the first time we’ve used a hosted CRM provider, and Increase managed to get the system up and running very quickly.”
Increase’s hosted Microsoft CRM platform went live following five days of implementation, including analysis of requirements, configuration, data migration and end user training.
